Gambling and Food: Mixing the Small Pleasures in Life

Have you ever thought of how great it could be if you could mix the things you enjoy most in life? Like reading your favorite poems while listening to the rumbling of the Niagara falls or smelling the fields of lavender in France while walking with your hand around your significant other’s lap? Sometimes life takes you to places which give you the opportunity to mix pleasures you might not even expect – like, in our case, food, which is far more than a necessity for most of us and playing casino games. A surprising mix, of course, but a possible one.

Las Vegas – Amazing restaurants on the Strip

For those who haven’t visited the gambling capital of North America yet, Las Vegas might seem nothing but an endless row of casino resorts. This is, of course, a misconception: Vegas is far more than just a big casino. It offers its visitors some of the most spectacular activities and entertainment options you can think of. Among them, options for dining that are not available in any other place in the world.

The Las Vegas Strip is famous for more than just its casinos – it has some truly unique and exclusive restaurants, too. Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, for example, feeds its hungry patrons’ bellies with the best fast food can get, offered by Gordon Ramsay’s BurGR. Here, patties are made using prime cuts and cooked over hardwood open flame. Those with a taste for Italian dishes can visit Todd English’s Olives at the Bellagio or the Bacchanal Buffet, named the best buffer in America, at the Caesar’s.

Europe – basically any restaurant with WiFi

Things are a bit different over the ocean – you might have expected that much. In Europe, the regulations are much more permissive than in the US, allowing locals of a legal age to enjoy remote gambling on their phones wherever they are. This means that, basically, you can sit down in any European restaurant with an internet connection, visit the Vegas Palms casino online, and enjoy both your food and your favorite Vegas Palms games – even at the same time. I wouldn’t recommend it, though, since one will surely distract you from another – immersing yourself too much in one of the great Vegas Palms games will likely go at the expense of enjoying your meal, and vice versa. Still, thanks to the Vegas Palms and all other online gaming venues in Europe, you can combine two small pleasures in life – gambling and delicious food.

Of course, you can always opt for a more organized combination of the two. The Venice Casino, Europe’s oldest gaming venue, expects its patrons in the Ca’ Vendramin Calergi (its winter home) with a restaurant dedicated to the memory of famous composer Richard Wagner, in a uniquely beautiful setting, while at the Ca’ Noghera, with a pizza parlour, a prosciutteria, as well as a luxury dining alternative.
